Making room for what is real
Occupational Therapy and relational support for parents, professionals, and families navigating developmental difference, neurodiversity, and family life.

This work is informed by Occupational Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS™), and relational approaches that recognise that children, families, and professionals are often carrying far more than can be neatly explained or easily fixed.

Many of the people who arrive here are holding a mix of things that don’t fit tidy categories — concern, pressure, advocacy, exhaustion, grief, love, uncertainty, and the constant sense that they should be doing better, knowing more, or getting it right.

At the same time, the systems around them often offer support that is too narrow for the realities they are living.
LEAD TOGETHER is not a space for quick fixes, polished certainty, or easy reassurance.
It is a space for slowing down enough to notice what is actually happening — in your child, in yourself, in your practice, and in the systems you are part of — without rushing to simplify, diagnose, or fix.

This work may help you: - make sense of what you are navigating - recognise strengths without ignoring difficulty - stay with complexity without collapsing into blame or control - and move in ways that are more aligned with your values, your relationships, and what matters most.
You are welcome here.

You might be here for:
You may be looking for support because family life feels more complex, stretched, or uncertain than other people can see.
This space offers Occupational Therapy and relational support that makes room for your child's strengths, your family realities, and the parts of parenting that don't fit quick fixes or easy answers.
You may be looking for a space to reflect more honestly on your work- especially when practice feels messy, systems feel tight, and the usual language no longer quite fits.
This space offers relational practice support for professionals who want to work with more depth, integrity, and room for complexity.
You may be looking for supports to move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches and build more relational, strength-based ways of working with children, young people, families, and staff.
This space offers partnership, facilitation, and reflective support for organisations wanting to do things differently.
